NEW HOMES
Our new homes are all unique to the individual owners. We don’t work with “a few designs fits all” mentality. C&L Constructions ethos is to closely engage with the client from day 1 to determine the style and function of the build.
We have built houses on rural properties, small acreage and suburban blocks. Our builds include single story homes to 3 story units. We have experience in all building products from steel cladding and straw to the more conventional brick, concrete and rendered finishes.
RENOVATIONS AND EXTENSIONS
C&L have vast experiences in renovations and extensions as well as restoration of custom heritage buildings. We have completed renovations without changing the external structure of the building as well as completed small and large extensions to existing homes.
C&L have experience in constructing verandas, pergolas, entertaining areas and pool houses. No job is too big or too small.
COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
C&L Constructions have completed many commercial projects during their time. Large scale heritage building refurbishments, shop refits and office renovations are all part of our portfolio.
